1- Having a bachelor's degree in one of the social sciences departments.

2- M.A degree program provide courses in three languages (Turkish, Arabic and English). In addition to the general requirements of the Institute, the students who apply for the program require getting minimum "60" points in English or minimum "55" points in Arabic in YDS Exam (It is language exam in Turkey) other than Turkish for this program. Or applicants should get equivalent points from equivalent exams which are accepted as equivalent by the board of the institution. Candidates who have graduated from a department (in high school or undergraduate) whose education language is English and Arabic ​​are considered to have provided the language condition.  Students have to take at least 3 courses of the total 8 courses that they have to take during the course period from a different language. In order to pass to the thesis stage students are required to take Arabic or Persian language courses that are not counted in the credit load and do not participate in the averages. Students who are unsuccessful in these language courses can not progress to the graduate thesis stage. The student can not have the same named courses opened in different languages. (1) Scientific preparation program will be given to students enrolled in the program.*

(*) 1- International Relations 2- Political Science and Public Administration 3- Sociology 4- History 5- Students who graduated from the department of Theology need to take three lessons from the pool below. Students who graduated from a program other than the above programs will be given scientific preparation program for a semester and they would start the graduate program if they took 6 courses from the below course pool and are successful.
